30-Day Money-Back Guarantee - New hosting accounts are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Refund applies to hosting fees only
- Domain registration fees are non-refundable
- Add-on services (SSL, backup, etc.) may be partially refundable
- Renewals are not eligible for the 30-day guarantee
- Accounts terminated for terms of service violations are not eligible
Domain Registration & Transfer
Non-Refundable - Domain registrations and transfers are non-refundable once processed.
- Domain registrations cannot be reversed once completed with the registry
- Domain transfers include a 1-year renewal which is non-refundable
- Failed domain transfers due to incorrect EPP code may be retried at no additional cost
- WHOIS privacy protection is refundable if cancelled within 7 days
